feat: add onTrace observability callback (#18) 
Add lightweight onTrace callback to OrchestratorConfig that emits
structured span events (llm_call, tool_call, task, agent) with timing,
token usage, and runId correlation. Zero overhead when not subscribed.

Closes #18
