- Use `--file` instead of `--text` for adding sources to avoid ARG_MAX issues and argument injection. - Add `--` separator to prevent positional arguments from being misinterpreted as flags. - Reorder arguments to place options before positional ones. - Update unit tests and add new security-focused tests.
