## What Was Implemented

### Core Logging Module

**`tradingagents/utils/logging_config.py`** (390 lines)

Main components:
- `TradingAgentsLogger` - Singleton logger manager
- `StructuredFormatter` - Custom formatter with context support
- `APICallLogger` - Dedicated API call tracking with stats
- `PerformanceLogger` - Operation timing and performance metrics

Features:
- Automatic initialization on import
- Multiple file handlers with rotation
- Component-based filtering
- Thread-safe operation
