feat: add TradingAgents analysis results and Claude Code permissions
- eval_results for RTX (2026-03-24, HOLD), LHX (2026-03-23), LMT (2026-03-24),
GC=F (2026-03-24 UNDERWEIGHT, 2026-01-24 OVERWEIGHT) from multi-agent pipeline
- .claude/settings.json with Bash permissions for autonomous pipeline execution
