fix(frontend): unify color scheme and fix K-line chart rendering

- Add gradient styles to workflow Card, Footer, and DownloadReports
- Simplify K-line chart implementation using BarChart with Cell coloring
- Fix TypeScript errors in chart components
- Ensure consistent visual design across all pages
