fix: Update Perplexity model names to current API models

- Changed default model to 'sonar' (verified working)
- Updated VALID_MODELS list with current API models
- Added Perplexity API key to .env
- Created test scripts to verify connectivity
- API is now working and can analyze stocks in real-time
